How to send a parcel at an Inpost parcel locker?
If you want to send your first parcel at an Inpost parcel locker , you've come to the right place! Below we present detailed instructions for sending parcels at parcel lockers.
Step 1. Select the appropriate package and prepare it for shipping
At the very beginning, choose the appropriate package size. There are 3 variants on the website and in the application:
- Size A – maximum dimensions 8 × 38 × 64 cm, maximum weight: 25 kg.
- Size B – maximum dimensions 19 × 38 × 64 cm, maximum weight: 25 kg.
- Size C – maximum dimensions 41 × 38 × 64 cm, maximum weight: 25 kg.
It is also worth remembering not to include prohibited items in the shipment, such as flammable materials or hazardous substances.
Step 2. Inpost application or website
In the next step, you must use the Inpost application or website. You must log in to it to send a parcel. Please remember to provide correct personal data.

Step 3. Click on "Send parcel"
Now we get to the heart of the matter, i.e. sending your parcel. When you open the application or website, you should see the "Send a parcel" option on the main screen.
Step 4. Selecting a Parcel Locker
It's time to choose the right point. You can do it in several ways: by entering the address of the Parcel Locker, using the map, selecting from the list of available Parcel Lockers in the area or by scanning the Parcel Locker's QR code. You will certainly find a parcel locker close to your home.
Step 5. Provide the recipient's details
If you have already selected a parcel locker, it's time to enter your recipient's details. You must provide his name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address and the address of the parcel locker to which your parcel is to be delivered (unless you want the parcel to be delivered to your home, then provide the recipient's address).
Step 6. Pay for the service
Pay for your shipment using available payment methods.
Step 7. Print the package label (optional)
You can print the generated label and stick it on the shipment. This is an optional step because you can just as easily use a digital label.
Step 8. Find the Parcel Locker on the map
After preparing the parcel, go to the selected InPost parcel locker. You can use the map available in the app or website to find the most convenient route.
Step 9. Open the locker with a sentence or QR code
Once you are in front of the Parcel Locker , all you need to do is open the locker remotely in the application. If you don't have the app, you can always scan the QR code on the label or enter the shipment number.
Step 10: Place the package in the locker and close the door
If your locker has been opened, place your package in it. Close the door securely.
And that's it! Your parcel has been sent to an InPost parcel locker ! Now all that's left to do is wait for it to reach its recipient.
